Our Wedding

On February 22nd, 2020, Chloe and Ivan met in Oconomowoc, WI during a night out with some friends. Ivan approached Chloe numerous times throughout the evening while trying to start a conversation. Chloe, however, was having more fun with her friends (on the dance floor) and paid little attention to Ivan. His persistence finally broke through, sparking a conversation that led to the couple exchanging numbers.Within a few weeks of talking to each other, COVID hit. Some say COVID was a time of loneliness and separation, but in our case, it did just the opposite: It slowed down life, provided connection, and gave us an opportunity for our love to grow.Four years later, after numerous adventures, hectic dance seasons, and volleyball schedules while living out of suitcases, Ivan made the decision to propose to Chloe on October 12th, 2023. (Chloe’s easiest decision ever!)Together, we've discovered that the best adventures are the ones we create with each other, and we feel so grateful for our partnership. Join us this summer as we say "I do" and kick off the next phase of our life together. We're so excited to share this day with those who've been a part of our journey!

We’ve officially bought a school bus (yep, we know we’re crazy!) to transport all our amazing guests (that’s you!) throughout the weekend. The bus will make its first pick-up at the Comfort Suites hotel at 3:00 PM, then head to the Ramada hotel around 3:30 PM, and finally, make its way to the venue. If you're staying elsewhere and would like a ride, just let us know in your RSVP, and we’ll make sure to accommodate you! If you plan to drive yourself, there will be a grassy meadow available for parking off County Rd. E. Camp Elsewhere staff will be on hand to assist you with parking.

What to expect

FRIDAYCeremony 4:00pm You'll sip cocktails (or mocktails) on the premises of camp overlooking Mclean and Gooseneck lakes. You'll hear great tunes and see some questionable dance moves. You'll see lots of smiles, feel lots of love and, oh, did we mention an open bar? We cannot wait to celebrate with you.&nbsp;Rain, hail or shine - Get ready for a whole lotta love!&nbsp; SATURDAYWe understand most guests will be heading home today. However, if you're staying longer, we’d love for you to join us for a day of fun and relaxation! See our timeline below!
