The Westin Buffalo
Tip: If you want to book this hotel, don’t be deterred by 1 room left. It says that, but more rooms are available for August 23rd and 24th. If you are having issues, please call the number provided and they can help as well!
Walking Distance from the Rehearsal Dinner and the Downtown Bar scene.
If you would like to book additional days outside of the Room Block, you can adjust your reservation by calling the Westin directly or on the Marriott Bonvoy App.
The Richardson Hotel
Tip: To reserve this room, only put that you have one adult staying in the room!! It won’t work if you put more than 1.
Walking distance from the Wedding Venue and Buffalo AKG.
If you would like to book additional days outside of the Room Block, you will have to make a separate reservation at the Richardson.
Hampton Inn & Suites Buffalo Downtown
Tip: Two rooms available means two types of rooms (King Room and 2 Queen Bed room) not only two rooms available.

Shuttle Information
Wedding Pickup Times:
Westin/Hampton Hotel pickups will be together outside of the Westin at 4:10pm.
Richardson Hotel pickup will be at 4:30pm. Ceremony starts at 5pm at The Terrace at Delaware Park.
Wedding Drop Off Times:
The last shuttle will leave at 11pm and go to all hotels. Those who want to go to the after party should get on the shuttle and get off at the Westin/Hampton stop. Soho is a few blocks away from that stop.
