We first met in middle school, when Dustin’s family moved to Ohio. Neither of us could have guessed then where life would lead us, but looking back, it feels like the start of something meant to be. We stayed friends all through middle and high school, sharing many memories along the way, until senior year when our friendship grew into something more.

From there, we were lucky enough to experience all the “high school sweetheart” moments together—going to prom, walking through zoo lights, cheering at games, and celebrating graduation side by side.

After high school, our love only grew stronger. We watched each other chase dreams, become the people we always hoped to be, and stood by one another through every step of the journey.

On August 22, 2025, we said “yes” to forever, and now we are so excited to begin planning our next chapter as fiancés. We don’t know exactly what the future holds, but we do know this: as long as we’re together, our story will always be a happy one.
