We were both on the UC Riverside women's/men's tennis team when we met. Chloe actually disliked Andy the very first time they met at a welcome-back-to-school athlete's BBQ, where Andy came off rude and quiet but in fact was just shy at the time, lol! We kept seeing each other at team events, and when Andy opened up to Chloe, it felt like sparks were flying and that time stood still every time we talked. As our relationship progressed, the Ju and Pham parents eventually got to meet each other, and they have become BFFs since! After graduating from college, Chloe got into PA school up in Northern California, while Andy was working as a software engineer in Southern California. After some time, fate chose us, and Andy accepted a position at Google in the Bay Area where we became reunited, together as one! While Chloe was in PA school, Andy proposed to her on April 22nd, 2023. Fast forward to present day, we are happily residing in Northern California. Chloe graduated from PA school and landed her dream job in orthopedic surgery, while Andy is continuing to love and enjoy his engineering job at Google. We picked up pickleball this past year, have made so many amazing friends from this sport, and have been playing together almost every day! Life has been nothing but wonderful, and we are so excited for this next chapter of our lives. However, before we can move forward, we "choose Ju" to help us get married! We cannot wait for our dear family and friends to celebrate our special day with us ☺
