Our Wedding

We first met through mutual friends while both attending the University of Arkansas. Although we had been living in the same college town, our paths had never crossed. From the very beginning, there was always something undeniably special between us.Our first date was casual and completely us—pizza (Chloe’s all-time favorite) and a spontaneous drive-through zoo. It was full of laughter, easy conversation, and the kind of comfort that felt like we had known each other forever.Since then, we have shared so many moments that have shaped our story—traveling around the country to watch Cayden play, celebrating his draft day, and making memories with friends and family. Chloe finished both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees during that time, and Cayden was always her biggest supporter. We have truly grown up side by side, cheering each other on through every chapter.On New Year’s Eve, Cayden proposed at The Reserve in Hot Springs—Chloe’s absolute dream come true. It was the easiest “yes” of her life!Thank you to all of our family and friends for the love, support, and joy you’ve shared with us throughout our journey. We’re so grateful to have you by our side as we begin this next chapter!

Dave Portnoy of Barstool’s renowned “One Bite” series visited DeLuca’s Pizzeria in Hot Springs and awarded it an impressive 8.7 out of 10, one of his highest non-New York scores—which quickly boosted the pizzeria’s popularity and packed the restaurant following the review.DeLuca’s delivers classic New York–style, thin‑crust pies baked in a brick oven using house-made dough and fresh, high-quality ingredients. Located at 833 Central Ave, it features a full bar, ample parking, and a stylish interior. The menu also includes standout items like an aged-beef burger, meatballs, Caesar salad, focaccia, plus a signature olive-oil cake. The spicy “Patsy Searcy Pie” with soppressata, Calabrian chili oil, peppadew peppers, and honey is a local favorite and often cited as the “best pizza I’ve ever had.” Reservations are highly recommended—pizza tends to sell out fast.

SQZBX Pizza Joint & Brewery in Hot Springs began when Zac and Cheryl — once a touring tuba-and-accordion duo — purchased an old piano shop on Ouachita Avenue and carefully transformed it into a warm, welcoming spot for pizza, beer, and community. The historic tin-ceiling building, repurposed piano parts, and handcrafted details reflect their commitment to honoring local roots and creating a place full of character. It also happens to be Cayden and Chloe’s favorite pizza in Hot Springs!
