You can fly into Denver International Airport (DIA) or Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE), and we’ve included information about both below. If you’re planning on renting a car, we recommend flying into DIA because the drive to Vail is beautiful. If you’re not renting a car, you can still fly into Denver and catch a ride with Epic Mountain Express or another ground transportation provider (see Ground Transportation To/From Airport).

Vail is located approximately 100 miles west from Denver and about 2 hours from DIA. All major airlines service the DIA daily, including:

Car Rentals

All major car rental companies are represented at DIA. Many car rental companies are represented at EGE as well.

Uber is NOT a common option yet in Vail. Private cars or Rental cars are the most prevalent options.

Host Hotel

Our Host Hotel is the Lodge At Vail. It is a boutique property with everything from run of house rooms to 3 bedroom condos to fit whatever your needs may be. This is the closest hotel to the Gondola for the weddings and also the location of the Rehearsal Dinner. No rooms are being held but you can view the property at https://www.vail.com/plan-your-trip/stay/lodge-at-vail.aspx.

IMPORTANT: Call In for Reservations- There is not an option to book online with the discount code. To reserve rooms at the group rate, call Group Reservations at: 855-332-1601 and follow the prompts to your chosen resort (Lodge at Vail). Please use the Group Code: SVLPRW24. This code works for 10% of rooms of all types a the Lodge at Vail at the time of the reservation.

No rooms are being held at any hotels, and it does appear that most Vail Hotels will SELL OUT on weekends in the summer based on past trends. Therefore, it is imperative you BOOK EARLY, we recommend by DECEMBER 1, 2023 if you know you are attending the wedding.
