What time is the wedding?
The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm.
Can I Bring A Date?
As we have a strict guest list to stay within our venue's capacity, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Are kids invited?
We love your little ones! However, due to a strict venue capacity, we have decided on only immediate family and wedding party kiddos. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
What happens if I don't RSVP in time?
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date which we have provided, it will be marked as "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide total guest count to the venue and other vendors in a timely manner. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVPs. We hope that you understand and that we can celebrate with you at a later time!
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The venue is strictly outdoors, allowing us to take in all of Central Oregon's beauty! While we hope for the best weather, please come prepared for rain, sunshine, smoke, or whatever other weather Central Oregon might throw our way!
There will be tents for the reception, in the event that the weather isn't the best.
Is there a dress code?
We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal attire for our wedding. Ladies - it is mostly grass, so plan accordingly for your footwear. Block heels, platforms, flats, etc. are recommended so you don't sink in the grass.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.
What time does the reception end?
Our reception will end at 9:45pm. All guests must be off the property before 10:00pm. If you plan to use Uber/Lyft for transportation, please plan accordingly.
Where should I park?
There will be a field designated for parking at the venue with signs and parking attendants present.
Transportation?
We will not have any transportation to or from the wedding. Please make sure you have a designated driver if you plan on drinking. Please consider Uber/Lyft if you plan on having some extra fun!
Can I take photos?
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras at all please!) We have hired an amazing photographer and videographer to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!
