-10 one-bedroom units at $249 per night plus 12% tax

-20 two-bedroom units at $269 per night plus 12% tax.

The hotel will only hold these rooms until September 24,

2024.

Office hours are Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 10:00PM EST and Saturday –

Sunday 9:00 – 9:00PM EST.

Here are a few reminders for guest when booking reservations:

- A 2 night minimum is required for all reservations.

-One night plus tax is due to reserve a room. The remaining balance will be due at

check-in.

-A security deposit of $250.00 is required per reservation. Deposit will be released

at check-out if there are no incidentals or damages to rooms or property.

-Guests may cancel up to fourteen (14) days prior to arrival to receive a full refund

of their deposit. Reservations cancelled less than fourteen (14) days from the

day of arrival, no shows and early departures will not receive any refunds.

-If making reservations by phone, guests must call the group phone (1-800-347-

9092) number to receive the discounted rate.

-You must be 21 or older to check-in.

-Daily housekeeping is not included.
