What should I wear ?
We classify “Semi-formal” as neat and tidy.
Men, jeans and a shirt is a perfect option. Girls avoid the dress colour rust/copper to avoid awkwardness.
When should guests arrive?
Guests are to arrive at 2:30pm ready for a 3pm ceremony.
Wedding location?
Both ceremony and reception will be held at the Dag sheep station, Crawney Rd Nundle NSW 2340. 10km from Nundle.
Accommodation?
The Dag does have accommodation! Two shearers quarters and 2 houses. The houses & one shearer’s quarters will be booked out for immediate family.
Shearers’ digs has 4 rooms of bunk beds which can sleep upto 12 people per room, (you don’t have to have that many per room) with a shared shower and toilet block. Great cheap option , if a few people got together and booked!

Otherwise the " Hills of gold motel Nundle" is a option.

The Nundle Pub is also a option or the nundle caravan park. Please organise your accommodation as soon as possible as the the Nundle dog races are on the same weekend so limit accommodation available in town.
We have a bus organised to pick up from “ The Hills of gold motel” 1st is 1:50pm & 2nd bus at 2:20pm SHARP and will return you back to motel at 10:15pm & 11pm after reception.
The Dag sheep station does not allow campers, however if you ring John from the Dag he will allow one or 2 caravans if you have a caravan as an option.
Are children invited ?
We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to celebrate in style.
Gifts ?
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. However, if you do wish to honour us with a gift, a wishing well will be available at the reception for your contribution and best wishes.
