We met during the fall semester of 2021, at Cedarville University. A study group quickly devolved into a close-knit group of friends, and we found ourselves hanging out with each other daily.

By the spring of 2022, we started dating, on March 9 to be precise. Josh moved to Columbus in June to pursue work and be closer to campus, and Chloe spent the summer in Oregon.

After three months of long distance, we were able to reunite and spend many weekends together while Chloe finished up senior year at Cedarville.

During the winter break, Josh came to visit Chloe in Oregon, secretly bringing a ring with him. On January 2, he proposed, and of course she said yes. Chloe just graduated from Cedarville, and the two of us will be living in Ashville, Ohio, for the time being.
