What date should I RSVP by?

We ask that guests kindly RSVP online by June 10. If you need help with your RSVP contact Chloe or Matt.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same venue?

Yes! All events will be at Coulee Creek Farms.

Where is Coulee Creek Farms?

The venue is located south off of the #1 highway. Take the #1 east from Strathmore, past Gleichen, and turn right on to RR 215 before Cluny Hill. You can put the venue name into your maps app and the official address is: Range Road 215 Gleichen AB T0J 0S0 Canada

What time does the ceremony start?

We aim to start the ceremony promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive early to grab a beverage and find a seat.

What is for dinner?

We will be having pulled pork sandwiches, potatoes and coleslaw catered by B Ranch Smokehouse. We will also be having a midnight snack around 10pm.

What should I wear?

Dressed up casual is great! Whatever that means for you - jeans and a nice shirt, a dress, or something with a little western flare - the wedding is at a barn after all!

Is there parking on site?

Yes! There is ample parking available at the venue if you choose to drive but please do not drink and drive. We will have a shuttle from/back to Strathmore or there is camping available on-site as well.

Can I stay overnight on site?

Yes! You are welcome to pitch a tent or bring your trailer for the weekend! If you are bringing a trailer we encourage you to come on Thursday, Friday or early Saturday to park and set-up. There will also be a short break between ceremony and reception should you need to set up then. Please note hook ups are not available.

Is transportation provided?

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle out to Coulee Creek Farms for the ceremony and multiple trips back to Strathmore during the reception.

Is the venue easily accessible?

The ceremony will be accessible for all outdoors however the reception will be held on the upper floor of the barn only accessible using stairs.

Is the ceremony outside or inside?

We hope to hold the ceremony outside on the property. In case of poor weather conditions we may have to shift the ceremony inside to the reception space. Please come dressed assuming to be outside for a portion of the event.

Are children invited?

We will only be inviting children of our immediate family and those we are closest with to attend. We hope you will think of the event as a fun date night out!

What's the bar?

The bar is a $5/drink cash bar. We will have the bar available for guests for both ceremony and reception.

Do you have a registry?

We don't! Your presence is the only gift requested but should you choose to bring a gift please consider an experience (something we can do together) or a contribution to our honeymoon fund. We have lived together for many years and are fortunate to have all the household items we need! There will be a card & gift area for those interested at the venue.

Can I take photos?

We ask that your refrain from taking photos during the ceremony but otherwise take as many photos as you would like - please share them with us!

Can I post photos of your wedding on social media?

Absolutely! You do not need to wait until we post or you see professional photos online to post on your social media.
