- Arrival time is between 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Upon arrival guest should go to their room and unpack for the weekend.
- Guest are welcome to enjoy the outdoor event space and socialize on the waterfront patio 
- Rehearsal practice for the wedding party will begin @ 6:30 p.m.
- The Welcome Dinner begins @ 7:00 p.m. 
- All guest are allowed access to the pool and amenities throughout the evening.

• Groomsman Tee-Time will begin @ 8:00 a.m. 
• Ladies floral switching will begin @ 8:00 a.m. 
• Our Grab and Go Brunch will be provided @ 10:00 a.m.
• Ladies of the wedding party will begin makeup and hair @ 10:15 a.m. 
• Groomsman will return by 12:30 p.m. for wedding preparation.
• The “Say Cheese” family pictures will begin 
@ 1:30 p.m. 
• The ceremony will begin at 4 p.m. 
• Reception dinner and splash party will follow.
• Bride and Groom departure @ 10:30 p.m.

~ Guest will begin departing according to flight status.
