Invites will be sent out in May, and we ask that you RSVP by August 22nd - 1 month before the wedding.

We ask that only people named on the invites attend the wedding.

We ask that you please wear black tie optional attire. We also ask that you take into consideration that the ceremony will be taking place OUTSIDE in the autumn/fall before heading into the ranche house.

We will be taking the food orders on the day, but we have already made a decision on the menu. This may change before the big day if the venue menu changes. You will have the choice of: Appetiser - soup of the day OR burrata cheese Main - beef tenderloin OR chicken supreme Dessert - apple crumble OR chocolate cheesecake. We will also be providing 3x drinks tickets per guest as well as wine for the tables.

Bow Valley Ranche is located in the south east of Calgary in Fish Creek Provincial Park. It is approx. a 20-40 minute drive depending on where in Calgary you are staying.

You will have the choice of driving (if you hire a car) OR ordering an Uber or taxi.
