On February 14th of 2022, our lives changed forever! In what we believe was a moment only God could have orchestrated, we met for the first time at the School of Religion building at Lee University. Ian pulled me aside after class, and introduced himself to me and asked me if I would be interested in going on a date with him that weekend. He explained to me that he had seen me around campus and was interested in getting to know me. I thought he was the cutest thing I had ever seen, and being so blown away by how sweet and gentlemen- like he was with me, I easily said yes and we exchanged numbers, went on our first date that following weekend, and the rest is history! You always hear the saying, “when you know you know” and about 2 months into dating, we knew! It was so clear to us that only God could pull of something so special for us at the timing He did, and only He could have written and redeemed all that our story entails.
