What is the dress code for your wedding?
We want you to be comfortable at our wedding!
We ask that you please dress appropriately for the event.
The ceremony is scheduled to take place outside (weather permitting), however we may have to shift plans to have the ceremony and reception both take place inside of the barn area.
The dance floor is comprised of gravel, so please make sure that you have comfy shoes to wear (or bring some to change into) and dance the night away with us.
No inappropriate clothing, vulgar language, etc will be allowed.
We ask that all female guests avoid wearing any shade of white clothing.
Can I bring a guest or my children with me?
Due to the limited venue space and terms of our contract we unfortunately can NOT accommodate additional guests (this includes plus ones and children) beyond those who have been explicitly named on the wedding invitation.
Once you ready to send your RSVP, you will select the name(s) of the guest(s) that you are confirming for attendance to our wedding to ensure that we have a accurate head-count for our caterer.
We hope that you are able to understand and respect our tough decision to limit additional guests/children.
Where do I park?
There is parking available at the venue. However, it is preferred for you to car pool with others if applicable to ensure ample parking for all guests and vendors to the venue.
Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that all guests turn off and put away their phones during the ceremony. We want everyone to be fully present in this special moment with us.
Don’t worry—we have a photographer capturing it all, and we can’t wait to share the photos with you afterward. Thank you for respecting our wishes!
However, after the ceremony, it's encouraged for all guests or members of the bridal party take pictures, videos, snaps of the reception for the Bride and Groom to create special memories of the entire day!
We will include a QR code at the venue that anyone can scan and upload images/videos that they have taken during the big day!
What happens after the ceremony?
After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour.
Guests are encouraged to partake in the photobooth to take pictures and leave a fun voicemail, words of advice or encouragement on the audio phone guestbook for the Bride and Groom.
Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
We have not reserved blocks of rooms at any hotels in the area. We prefer to let you choose your own hotel accommodations so that you are happy with your stay in the area. Check online for hotels or air bnb's in the area of Mebane, Graham, Haw River, and Burlington to find nearby lodging within 25 miles of the venue.
Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?
There will not be any shuttle services to and from the venue.
