Our Love Story

From high school sweethearts to now, it has truly been an adventure! It started on AOL Instant Messenger (I know we're telling our age on that one) with constant conversations, then to phone calls, walking each other to classes, passing notes, then officially dating on May 7, 2006. Our first kiss was at a school talent show, with a memorable line whispered to my best friend “I kissed your friend!”    Newly dating, Chris went straight to basic training for the Army National Guard that year, so we continued to write each other letters all summer. One letter from him in particular that year stated “Truthfully, I do see and hope that we get married because I know that you're my one and only. God knows I love you so much and you better not ever forget that....” Amazingly, my mom drove me to see him for his graduation in Georgia after only dating a few months!    God truly has blessed us with each other. With all of the ups and downs throughout this crazy life, we have continued to grow together in faith, friendship, and love.     We have had so many great adventures together over the years from proms, beach and mountain tips, concerts, date nights, road trips, and so many more countless priceless memories. Here's to a brand-new adventure of getting married and starting our life together as Mr. and Mrs. Cordero!    We thank all of our family and friends so much for the love and support throughout our relationship and as we start this new chapter of our lives together!
