Meet and greet- not mandatory! There will be BBQ food provided at the Rock Creek Lakes Resort, more details in the “Things To Do” category on the website! Carpooling is STRONGLY ADVISED!! Parking will be limited. A suggestion is to meet people at the Tom’s Place exit on 395 and carpool up the road 9 miles from there. Please note- there is no cell phone reception once you turn off highway 395. If the destination is already on your phone GPS when you have service it can still bring you there. Might be helpful to still download an offline map of the area.

Please arrive to be seated by 3:30 PM. There will be spotty to no cell phone service in the area, just a heads up!
