Our wedding venue is entirely outdoors. While this means there will be a lot of fun activities, fresh air, and beautiful views, it will also make the reception a little different than what people are traditionally used to for weddings. We offer the following information and recommendations to try to put minds at ease and make your experience as fun and pleasant as possible.







Info:
- The main reception area is composed of raised wooden platforms spanning a portion of the property, with a roofed dining area and tents available to cover DJ/dance floor and the ceremony in case it rains
- There are well-lit, clean, indoor restrooms near the reception area
- UTV shuttles will be running for guests who may need assistance getting between the parking lot, ceremony, and reception areas
- Fire pits and deck-heaters are located throughout the property and reception area to warm guests
- There is plenty of parking space in a large gravel parking lot at the front of the venue

Recommendations:
- The October weather in Tennessee is generally pretty warm, reaching around 70-80 degrees during the day, but we recommend bringing a jacket for the later evening or in case the day ends up chillier than anticipated.
- The walking surfaces are comprised entirely of grass or wooden slats, so we would highly recommend against wearing heels. The wooden decks are finished and the grassy fields are lovely for running around barefoot, so shoes in general are totally optional.
- We will have tents/umbrellas and pivot the reception to covered areas in the event of rain.
