It all started in 2018 when Erin was advised by Avery Barros (our Officiant!) to try downloading Hinge after hearing about recent success from a co-worker. After matching quickly and texting for a few days, Chris conveniently showed up at The Burren on a Friday night where Erin also happened to be out with friends. They closed the place down and started going out on a weekly basis. Seeing each other once a week became twice, to three until Chris asked Erin to be his girlfriend in May 2018.

They hunkered down together during the Pandemic until Chris officially moved in with Erin and Avery to 27 Otis Street in August of 2020. They adopted the sweetest pup, Tessie, in March of 2021 who came all the way up from Arkansas where she was living in a chicken coop.

The last 6 years together have been spent traveling, enjoying time with friends and family, making each other laugh, and watching all the seasons of the Real Housewives of the OC & Vanderpump Rules.

On November 4, 2023 Chris popped the question in Florence Italy next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, with 'You're Still the One' by Shania Twain playing softly in the background. Right after Erin said yes the skies opened and it started to downpour! It will be a night we never forget!

We are SO excited for our big day and celebrating with everyone, and continuing to make memories together!
