Unfortunately, we can only accommodate those formally invited on the invitation. If you’d like to bring a plus one please privately text or call one of us and after all the RSVPs have been returned we will then let you know if we can accommodate your guest

Absolutely! If your children were listed on the invitation then they are invited!

Venue policy prohibits smoking on the property, this includes vaping

Please arrive 15 minutes early so that you have time to park and find your seat prior to the ceremony’s start

The walkways are concrete, the reception is indoors. There are grass areas but you do not have to walk in that area if you don’t want to. There will be no grass in the main areas of the event. Boots are welcome!

Women: Floor length dresses, heels or boots appropriate -NO: white/cream/ivory gowns, jeans, sundresses, or cocktail dresses Men: Button ups (tucked in), ties, suit jackets/ blazers REQUIRED, Jeans, Boots - NO: sneakers/tennis shoes, polos, t-shirts, sweatshirts, sweatpants or track suits Cowboy Hats encouraged!

The beer is on us! Water and non-alcoholic beverages will be charged free of charge. There will be no liquor served as the venue does not allow this.

There will be a golf cart shuttling from the parking lot to the front entrance. There are some unsteady places to be aware of on the outdoor paths. Please do not walk these areas alone.
