Although we’ve known of each other since high school, we really have to credit the online dating app, Hinge, for kicking off our sweet lil love story. While it may seem like we’ve been cruising at 100 mph to some, to us it’s felt like we’ve known each other for years with how comfortable and familiar being together was from day one. 

Chris OUTDID himself with the first date, traveling to visit Whitney in Sioux Falls for dinner and drinks. He was a gentleman (and still is) from the very start - from opening the door to the truck to making a very detailed date plan for drinks at Carpenter Bar and dinner reservations at Crawford’s. But before heading home, there had to be a stop at one of Whitney’s favorite dive bars - the Alpine Inn. 

Four months later, Whitney voluntarily moved to the great town of Dante, SD (population 68😂) AKA the greatest day ever at that point in not only our lives but also in our doggies lives (Cora and Zeke).

October 24, 2024 was the next best day in our story - the day we got engaged. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all for the upcoming best day of our lives - NOVEMBER 1, 2025!
