Chris and Carson met 30 miles out to sea on Nantucket Island.




It all started the summer after they both graduated from college. Chris was spending another summer working as a CSO, for the Nantucket Police Department. Where he would later work as full time police officer after the summer. Carson was completing an internship at EZIA Athletic Club. She too would later stay on island as a full time personal trainer. One night Carson was invited to hang out with the entier CSO crew, they ask her to join for drinks at the Gazebo. Chris was impressed that Carson had come out to meet a bunch of strangers for the first time, while in a full in an ACL brace. The two became closer friends throughout the next few months. After Chris had graduating form the Police Acadmy, the two started dating. Chris and Carson spent several years living on Nantucket with their dog Oakley. They loved going to the beach, hanging out with there island friends, and visiting the Cisco brewery.




The next big change in there life happened in April of 2021, when Chris was hired by Framingham Police Department. Their next challenge was spending a year apart. During this time Chris started his new job and Carson continued living on the island with Oakley. Luckily, in February of 2022 they were able to buy their first home and become Framingham locals. Over the last few years they enjoyed traveling all over, going to many weddings, and making their roots in Framingham.




In December 2023, Chris planned to propose to Carson back on Nantucket. One of their favorite memories is spending time together during Christmas Stroll Weekend. Stroll is a yearly tradition on Nantucket where the town celebrates the Christmas holiday. Town is shut down and the day is full of fun festivities and Christmas themed activities. The morning of Stroll, Chris asked Carson to join him to walk Oakley down to the Miacomet beach. The two would take their dog to this beach almost every day when they live on island. Towards the end of their walk, Chris popped the question and created another amazing memory for them to treasure. They spent the rest of the weekend, celebrating with friends and family who where also up for the stroll weekend. Carson and Chris can not wait to get married in Ireland. They are extremely excited to celebrate with their family and friends!
