Chris and Sarah met at Rivermill in downtown Blacksburg back in 2014. Mutual friends and a scenic hike ignited the spark between us 3 hours from where we both grew up as RVA natives. By January 2015 we knew it was love and never looked back.

After 10 years together and nearly 2 years engaged, everyone kept asking (understandably) when the wedding would be, but a big traditional wedding never felt quite right for us.

Six weeks before October 17th we decided to book an elopement adventure in the Shenandoah mountains during the most beautiful time of year, in the style of "no fuss, just us." It was a full circle moment after hiking together within the first 24hrs we met and honestly it could not have been more perfect.

We celebrated with an intimate group of family and friends at dinner the next day.
