Our Wedding

Our Relationship Story: Chris (C) and Harleigh (H) We Bumbled our way into a relationship in May 2022, the very week that Harleigh moved to Nashville. Our first date was at Jackalope Brewery, though Harleigh almost missed it by being too engrossed in work that day (as any good employee would be her first week in office -H). Fortunately for Harleigh, a coworker knew of the plans and kicked her out of the office so that she was actually early, and fortunately for Chris, since he is always early, he was already there! From the first date, we immediately hit it off over the craft beer and a surprise trivia night at Jackalope. We were able to show off our general knowledge (or lack thereof… -C), and had a fun time picking each other's brains and teasing each other over incorrect answers.&nbsp; The first date quickly led to a second and third as we kept seeing each other. We both love adventure, and Harleigh had just moved to Nashville, so Chris was excited to help her explore the areas around Nashville through showing her restaurants, hiking around parks, chasing waterfalls, climbing outside, and camping. Our love of outdoors and adventure has persisted throughout our relationship.&nbsp; Very early into our relationship, we planned to go to a music festival the following Fall (which was a fantastic idea with no room for anything to go wrong, ever -H). Lo and behold we made it to that festival without any issues and had a blast! From here we both knew this was going to be a great relationship and were excited for what is to come. The festival became our yearly relationship tradition which continues on to this day.&nbsp; After that festival, we started planning more destinations to visit to see what adventures we could have. So far, we have been to: Jackson, WY; Asheville, NC; Germany, Switzerland, and Austria; Vancouver, CA and Alaska. And we have plans for many more, with next up being our Honeymoon in Thailand.&nbsp; We also adopted two cats, Appalachia (Apple) and Grand Tetons (Teto), named after some of our favorite places. We love our fur babies (and they have completely taken over my camera roll, just check out our Gallery -H). We know this is just the beginning, and we are so excited to see what comes next!

TheKnot has a mind of its own and keeps changing the dates, but the special rate is good for Thursday (Sep 4) through Sunday (Sept 7) of the wedding weekend. Hotel Block under our wedding code will be live and available from Tuesday, June 3, 2025 through Friday, August 1, 2025! Online is the best way to book, you can follow the website link directly and use Group Code “RHW” under “Special Rates” to get the hotel block rate. The hotel block is available for a few more days than just the wedding day in case anyone wants to spend a long weekend in Nashville :)

You are welcome to drive personal vehicles to the venue or take advantage of the Hotel to Venue shuttle. For those driving personal vehicles, parking instructions included on the FAQ page! For shuttle users, please see below for the shuttle schedule! Please be mindful that it is a 28-person shuttle, so several trips will be needed to ferry all guests from the Hotel to Venue and back. Shuttle Timeline: 3:15PM - Shuttle services kickoff from Hotel Lobby Returning every 20-30 mins thereafter to perform additional drop-offs at the Venue 4:15PM - Final shuttle before Wedding Ceremony 4:30PM - Wedding Ceremony 6:30PM to 10:00PM - Shuttle will run between the Venue and the Hotel in a ~30 minutes cycle in case guests need to go back and forth at any point in the evening 10:30PM - Reception end; final calls begin Shuttle will make trips from Venue to Hotel until all are safely back at the Hotel
