Bethany "Be" Runnoe is a fun, adventurous and creative girl born and raised in Milwaukee. You never know what bold new hair color she’ll be rocking or what crafty masterpiece she’ll be working on next. She thrives when surrounded by family and friends and is always ready for a night of laughter and stories around the campfire.

Christopher "Chris" Sampon is the king of jokes, the reigning champion of any costume party, and a gamer from Milwaukee. His knowledge of tech and willingness to help make him the guy everyone calls for any technology assistance. He’s always down for friendship, fun, and local adventures.

Be and Chris first crossed paths in the spring of 2017 at a park hang organized by Christina Foster, a mutual friend who knew they’d get along instantly. From that day forward, they found themselves at the same birthday parties, bonfires, and festivals and each became an integral part of their friend group. As the years passed, they formed an effortless friendship. One that was built on shared jokes, late night conversations, and the comfort of a casual hang.

By the time they started dating after 7 years of friendship, Be and Chris already knew each other inside and out. Their relationship felt natural, an easy extension of the bond they had built over the years. Both knew for certain that they had found their person. So when Chris got down on one knee in the same park where they first met, it was a perfect full circle moment. From that point on, the next step was clear: saying “I do.”

Be and Chris are beyond excited to celebrate their love with all the people who matter most to them. After the wedding, they’re looking forward to a warm and sunny honeymoon in the summer of 2026. They’re especially excited to enjoy their home and newly renovated basement in Bay View. Summer will be the perfect season to make the most of their beautiful backyard, complete with their signature roaring bonfire.
