Chris and Katie met in 6th grade, at Briscoe Middle School in Beverly, MA. They had many mutual friends and would often be at the same places and events growing up. Though Chris went to North Shore Tech and Katie went to Beverly High School, the two still remained friends throughout the years. According to Chris, he has been in love with Katie since he met her in sixth grade, but the timing was never right. Finally, in 2020, after a couple beers and some encouragement from Katie's sister, (mainly informing him that she was single), Chris decided to reach out to Katie. A week later, they went on their first date and the rest is history.
