The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Guests are invited to arrive at 3:30pm so they may be seated by 4:00pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:45pm.

Yes, there is ample free parking located behind the venue in the public lot off Liberty Street. Please enter the venue from the front door on Loudoun Street.

Our dress code is formal. Formal attire includes suits and ties for men and long, floor-length dresses for women. All colors are welcome except for light neutral colors, including but not limited to, white, cream, beige, and gold. If you are unsure, please ask the couple.

The formal wedding invitation you receive will list everyone from your party who we are able to welcome to our wedding by name. If a guest is not explicitly listed on your RSVP form, the invite is for yourself only. Please RSVP accordingly.

Yes! While we adore your little ones, we have elected to keep our wedding adults-only. We hope that with this advanced notice, parents can make prior arrangements to enjoy a well-deserved night off.

No, we are not providing any transportation. The venue is located only a few miles from nearby hotels. There are also ride-sharing apps, such as Uber and Lyft, readily available. Please make plans to get home safely and do not drink and drive!

Water, tea, and lemonade will be provided. For alcoholic drinks, there will be an open bar stocked with wine, beer, seltzers, and spirits at no charge to guests. Additional tips for the bartending staff are not required, but greatly appreciated for their hard work.

Average temperatures in Leesburg, VA in late June are between 80º and 95º. Weather permitting, our ceremony will be held outdoors, so we encourage guests to please plan accordingly. The reception will be held in a conservatory building with air conditioning.

Yes! Please refrain from using your phone or camera during the wedding ceremony for any reason. We have hired two very talented photographers to take professional pictures. We would love for everyone to be fully present with us during the ceremony and enjoy the moment!
