Their first time at the OKC State Fair was about 2 weeks after the couple first met. There was an instant spark but boy, did they have a long way to go...

Spending Christmas out in Siloam Springs with Chris's mom allowed the couple to hike along the river to their hearts' contents. They were both experienced hikers and were happy to finally find a partner willing to get down and dirty.

Their first concert together was a blast! Chris was so excited to share his love of EDM with her.

Julia brought Chris up to meet her very big and very happy family up in Buffalo, NY. He was a bit overwhelmed to say at first but had a great time!

Adventure riding became a regular event on the weekends. Chris is an avid motorcyclist and taught Julia how to sit 2-up very quickly.

Chris and Julia often times bonded over their mutual love of the outdoors. They were a couple of treehuggers.

Chris had just dove back into playing competitive paintball when he met Julia. Paintball tournaments always kept them busy and Julia was his biggest cheerleader!

Adventuring was their love language.

Exploring OKC was the couple's favorite way to pass the evenings together.

Julia failed as a foster parent and adopted two kittens, Escobar and Cicero.

Julia couldn't pay attention to the Christmas lights, as the brightest light wouldn't leave her side.

The wedding of Julia's best friends, Alex and Tori Pierce, was a memorable day full of laughter and love.

The couple started kayaking regularly as it had been one of Julia's favorite hobbies from when she lived in the Adirondack Mountains.

They added their first dog to their family! Rossi is an essential addition to every adventure and has added so much joy to their lives.

Laughter has always been the glue in their relationship. Keeping them together through the hard times.

2020 was a strange year for everyone and they spent it enjoying the outdoors.

No matter what the weather, they found a way to get outside!

Julia graduated as a Medical Lab Technician and began the most fulfilling career path she's ever had.

Going to the OKC State Fair became a yearly tradition of people watching, wine purchasing, and goofing around.

They bought their first home, one of Chris's biggest dreams! It is ready to be filled with love, happiness, and laughter.

4 days out from the best day of their lives (so far) and they still went to Niagara Falls, a tradition they completed every time the couple visited family in Buffalo, NY.

One day away from the proposal and Julia was none-the-wiser...

Chris popped the question on top of Mt. Marcy, the tallest mountain in New York State's Adirondack Mountains!
