Chris and I conveniently met in his parent's basement. His brother Johnny (pictured left) was throwing a New Years Eve party on the last night of 2017, and I was invited by my UofL classmate, Morgan (pictured in between us). Chris and I talked for what seemed like hours and before we knew it, we were standing next to each other while the whole room counted down to the New Year. Too soon, ya know? Some say it was the good conversation, some say it was the chosen pair of jeans, some will say it was his golden retriever puppy he had in tow that led to our first date a few days later. That was over 4 years ago and they’ve been the best years of my life, with the best friend and partner I could’ve ever dreamed up. Now, let's get married!!!
