West TN Smokers is catering our wedding reception. There will be 2 choices of meat. Bacon wrapped chicken or BBQ Bologna.

Semi-formal or dressy casual. If you’re looking for a night to get dressed up, feel free. We just ask that you wear Sunday best at the least.

We have hired bartenders. Beer and wine will be served. The venue does not allow liquor.

May 1st

There is parking on site at the venue. The parking can get limited especially if rain occurs. If you can carpool, we would recommend doing so.

The wedding will be mostly outdoors with covered areas.

You are welcome to bring your children if you would like but no babysitting services will be provided.

Not if they aren’t listed already in your party. If you’re unsure, you can ask us. When you RSVP online, the invited individuals in your party will be listed together. We have a select amount of seating allowed at this venue so sadly we can’t allow unexpected guests.

We ask that you arrive beginning at 5 pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:30. The reception will follow immediately after the ceremony.

The reception will end at 10 pm.

We will be having an “unplugged” wedding ceremony and ask for no photos to be taken by anyone other than the photographer. You can take as many pictures as you want at the reception.
