We will be holding our wedding ceremony at San Francisco City Hall, our ceremony will promptly start at 12:45 and need everyone to arrive by 12:15. Our ceremony will be held on the 4th floor balcony and elevators are limited. in Addition, since it is a working City Hall Guests will need to go through security check at the entrance of the building. We will have a shuttle for people staying at The Phoenix Hotel to San Francisco City Hall. Our wedding reception will follow our ceremony starting at 2:15. The reception is being held at Chambers, an event space attached to the Phoenix Hotel. For guests staying at The Phoenix the same shuttle will bring you back for the reception. Parking & Staying at Hotel For those staying at the hotel, there is one parking space reserved per each hotel room and a luxury bus will bring you from the Phoenix Hotel to City Hall and back for the ceremony. The bus leaves 11:45 – noon from the Phoenix Hotel parking lot and then will pick up after the ceremony approx. 2p-2:30p (where you got dropped off) and bring you back to the Phoenix hotel for the reception. We must start transporting early because you will need to go through metal detectors as it is a functioning City Hall. Make sure you do not carry anything that you do not want confiscated. Parking and NOT Staying at Hotel For those who are not staying at the hotel, there is plenty of street parking surrounding the Phoenix Hotel and secure, underground parking ($35/daily or hourly) about a one-minute walk from the Phoenix hotel at the Cova Hotel @ 655 Ellis Street, corner of Larkin. There is also a Civic Center Parking Garage on the corner of Larkin and McAllister for City Hall. Please note, you are welcome to utilize the bus between the Phoenix Hotel / City Hall and back if you get to the hotel in time.
