We’ve reserved a block of hotel rooms for you at a discounted rate at the DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles – Rosemead, located at: 888 Montebello Boulevard, Rosemead, CA 91770 One of the main benefits of staying at this hotel is that we’ve arranged for charter buses to transport our out-of-town guests on the wedding day. The buses will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the church for the ceremony. After the ceremony, they’ll drive you to the reception. At the end of the night, the buses will return you to the hotel. We chose this hotel because it’s just 3 minutes away from the Tornaboda on Sunday!

Yes, absolutely! You’re welcome to meet us directly at the church and hop on the bus after the ceremony to head to the reception. Or, if it’s more convenient, you can meet us at the DoubleTree by Hilton Los Angeles – Rosemead, located at: 888 Montebello Boulevard, Rosemead, CA 91770 From there, you can ride the bus with the rest of the group to the ceremony and all of the day’s events. Whatever works best for you! Just a heads-up: At the end of the night, all buses will drop guests off at the DoubleTree hotel in Rosemead. Please plan your transportation accordingly if you're staying somewhere else.

Please keep in mind: The hotel booking cutoff date is September 1, 2025. We’ve only reserved a limited number of rooms, so if you’re interested, please let Ivan or Christian know as soon as possible. That way, we can request more rooms if needed.
