Our story began six years ago at Hobby Lobby, where we first met as coworkers. What started as casual conversations quickly grew into a friendship, thanks to the close-knit group of friends we shared.

We spent countless hours together, laughing, making memories, and getting to know one another. In those early days, I affectionately nicknamed him "Dread Pirate Roberts" after the character from The Princess Bride, thanks to his thick mustache and longer hair that reminded me of the famous pirate. Little did either of us know that what started as friendship would soon become something much more.

After a few months, the two of us shared a simple outing to IHOP that turned out to be anything but ordinary. Over pancakes and great conversation, they connected on a deeper level, opening up about their lives, dreams, and values. From that moment on, everything seemed to click effortlessly.

Not long after, on Cinco de Mayo, our friendship blossomed into a relationship. What began as coworkers and friends has grown into a beautiful partnership built on love, laughter, and unwavering support.

Six years after first meeting—and five wonderful years of dating—we are excited to celebrate the next chapter of their journey together and can't wait to say "I do" surrounded by the people we love most. ❤️
