How do I get to the Smokies/Venue?
If you plan on flying, the nearest airport is McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS). From there, it's best that you rent a car, given that the venue is located in the mountains.
Where should I stay?
There are plenty of options for lodging in this area! Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are very popular destinations with a vast array of activities to keep you occupied outside of wedding hours. You're likely to find more budget friendly options in Sevierville given it's not as much of a tourist destination. You can also find plenty of cabins in the area! We recommend checking out Aunt Bug's and Parkside Cabin Rentals.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Yes there is!
Are there any local taxi/rideshare services?
Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are often sparse and unreliable in the mountain areas. Please plan accordingly!
What's the dress code?
Dress Code: Semi-Formal Cocktail Attire
Help us bring our wildflower vision to life! Our theme is centered around pastels and mountain florals, and we’d love for your attire to reflect that.
For Men: Linen button-downs, slacks, and dress shoes.
For Women: Cocktail or midi dresses in pastel hues or floral prints.
A Note on Style: We’re keeping things polished, so please no denim or casual beach-style sundresses.
Check out the "What’s the Vibe?" tab for a photo gallery of looks we love!
What time should I get there?
The ceremony will begin at 6pm! We suggest showing up 15-20 minutes prior to account for parking and finding your seat.
Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony is outdoors and the reception will be held under the covered pavilion on property. In case of rain, the ceremony will be held under the pavilion as well.
Can I bring a plus-one?
If you were invited with a plus one, you should've received an invitation addressed to your name and guest. We kindly ask that you check the box for "The Plus One" when you RSVP so we can ensure to account for accurate seating arrangements.
Are children invited?
Yes! We love your children and are thrilled to include them in our celebration. You will find their names listed on your RSVP form!
We are not providing formal childcare, but parents are welcome to have their children celebrate with us.
As our venue is located in a mountainous area, we kindly ask that parents keep a close eye on their children, especially around the outdoor ceremony space and any steep areas.
What will the weather be like?
The average temperature for the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area in June reaches a high of 86°F and a low of 60°F. The weather in the Smokies can be unpredictable, so it is best that you bring light layers.
What should I do if I can't make it?
Please RSVP 'No' on the website as soon as possible so we can get an accurate headcount.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We are having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras put away until the reception. We've hired a fantastic photographer and videographer to capture the moments!
Do you have a registry?
We do not! Seeing as this is a destination wedding, your presence is more than enough! If you feel so inclined, you can feel free to chip in to our honeymoon fund.
