How do I RSVP?
To RSVP click on the RSVP section on our website. Please feel free to reach out if you have any difficulties. Please RSVP by April 30, 2025.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANNOT MAKE IT TO THE WEDDING?
We would love to have everyone attend our wedding. However, if you cannot attend please indicate "no" on the RSVP. We will miss having you there but stay tuned for some pictures.
WHERE WILL THE WEDDING BE TAKING PLACE?
Both the ceremony and the reception will be taking place at the Mount Jamieson Ski Resort in Timmins.

WILL THERE BY ANY TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE?
Yes!
There will be two free shuttle rides from Mount Jamieson to The Best Western Northwood Hotel.
The first shuttle will depart at 10:30 pm and the second shuttle will depart at 12:30 am.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?
We recommend that you arrive to the ceremony space between 3:00 pm and 3:20 pm to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the ceremony started as scheduled.
Reminder: If weather permits the ceremony will be held outside which is a short walk from the ski lodge.
WHAT TIME DOES THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION START?
The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30 pm.
The reception will start with cocktail hour starting at 4:15 following the ceremony.
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The dress code is semi formal. Ladies shall wear cocktail dresses. While gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a dress shirt.
WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?
Well as you all know the weather here in Northern Ontario can be unpredictable. Therefore, please be prepared for any type of weather. Let's all hope for a beautiful sunny warm day.
However, in the event that the weather does not cooperate. The ceremony will be held indoors with the reception following.
IF THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?
There is a large parking lot at the venue.
I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS/ALLERGIES. WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO LET YOU KNOW?
We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs
DO I NEED MONEY FOR THE BAR?
Yes. There will be a cash bar open for the hours of the reception.
IS ALCOHOL PERMITTED OUTDOORS?
Absolutely NO alcohol is permitted outside of the lodge.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?
The Bride and Groom will be having an unplugged ceremony. The Bride and Groom have amazing photographers and would hate to have them miss the perfect shot due to being blocked by others. Hang tight and the picture will be available shortly after.

Please RSVP by April 30, 2025.
