Reservations will be available for individual call-in at your contracted group rate until 5:00 PM on Tuesday, August 27, 2024.

Guests can book online at www.washington.intercontinental.com or by calling 888-424-6835 for reservations.

Please instruct your guests use Group Code “SMB” for their booking needs.

Any reservations received after Tuesday, August 27, 2024, or after the contract block is filled will be based upon availability of both space and rate.

Individuals will be responsible for their own reservations as well as their own charges. Individual reservations must be canceled forty-eight hours prior to arrival to avoid a no-show charge.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check out is 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
