Yes! Safety is our top priority. There will be a shuttle from the hotel to the reception and from the reception back to the hotel at the end of the night. Shuttle Schedule: Hotel to Reception: 4:45 pm & 5:15 pm. Reception to Hotel: 10:00 pm, 11:00 pm, 12:00 am.

Yes, parking will be available at the venue, and you may leave your car overnight. If you choose to do so, we kindly ask that you pick up your car by 11:00 am on Saturday morning.
