Please arrive by 3:30pm to find parking, get settled, and enjoy the beautiful venue. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00pm.

The dress code is semi-formal. Guests are encouraged to wear cocktail or dressy outfits, nothing too casual, but no tuxes or gowns required. Wear something you feel great dancing in!

Both ceremony and the reception will be taking place outside (given the weather conditions). HOWEVER if weather permitting, the venue is suited to hold both events inside as well (AC and heater included).

October is a beautiful time of year in Tucson, with warm, sunny days and comfortably cool evenings. Daytime temperatures are typically in the mid-70s to mid-80s, while evenings can cool into the 50s or 60s. We recommend light layers or a jacket for nighttime celebrations, especially if events are outdoors just to be on the safe side.

If your invitation includes a guest, then yes! If not, we'd love for you to attend solo. Any questions can be addressed to bride and groom prior to the ceremony.

Absolutely, there will be a cocktail hour with some snacks right after the ceremony and a plated dinner during the reception along with a desserts, snacks to keep you full during the festivities.

Yes, alcohol will be available for this celebration for purchase at the bar. Please note there will be a limit on alcoholic beverages. We kindly encourage everyone to drink responsibly and plan for safe transportation home.

We recommend booking in or near Tucson AZ. Please refer to the Travel section for the hotel block or lodging suggestions.

We are currently planning on shuttle service from the selected hotel. However, guests who are not staying at the hotel will be responsible for their own transportation. We recommend carpooling or using a ride service like Uber or Lyft if needed.
