It all started at church, in our young adults group.On January 8th, 2024, Suttle walked in, introduced himself—and that was it. For a whole week, they didn’t speak again. Christina thought he was cute… but honestly, she wasn’t quite sure what to make of him yet!Over time, though, they both watched each other carefully. Not just for charm, but for kindness. Not for perfection, but for patience. Every moment was a quiet test of character—and with each one, their questions found quiet answers.Eventually, Suttle asked for Christina’s number… and invited her on a surprise date.As they drove, the road started to look familiar. Christina turned and asked, “Is it Kimchi II?”Suttle smiled. “It is.”“That’s my favorite restaurant!” she said.He laughed, thinking she was just being sweet—but as they walked in and she shared memories of being there before, he realized how much the little things meant to her.From there, their story began to unfold. One of their early connections was their shared love for Andrea Bocelli— his music became a quiet, beautiful thread that wove through their conversations and time together. Whether in the car or in quiet moments, his songs added something timeless to their growing bond.They started attending Compassion Christian (East Campus) together—sitting side by side, week after week. Between Sunday services, they found something sacred in the simple things: dinners at Butterbean Beach, quiet sunset views, and worshiping God with full hearts.Their connection deepened quickly. On February 10th, 2024, Suttle asked Christina to be his girlfriend. But even with strong feelings, they waited to say “I love you” until May 20th 2024. Because for them, love wasn’t just a feeling—it was trust, built through time, laughter, and faith.Then on April 5th, 2025, beneath the moss-draped oaks of Forsyth Park in downtown Savannah, Suttle got down on one knee and asked Christina to be his wife.Those quiet evenings by the water, Sundays spent worshiping together, and beautiful music along the way built the foundation for the love they celebrate with you today.

A true Savannah local, she’s as generous as she is creative, always finding beautiful ways to care for others. Her intelligence, mercy, and grace have been a constant source of strength and inspiration in Suttle's life.

Ross is one of Suttle's greatest role models. He’s caring, generous, and faithful in everything he does. With his sharp mind, boundless energy, and quirky sense of humor, he brings life and laughter wherever he goes. He’s always been motivated and driven, he is a steady example and support in his life.

Meet Christina’s dad — the heart behind her laughter and one of the sweetest souls you’ll ever meet. With his goofy charm, quick wit, and warm spirit, he has a way of making everyone feel like family. Whether he’s cracking a joke or sharing a funny story, he brings joy wherever he goes. Today, he’s not just giving away his daughter—he’s sharing a piece of his heart.

Debbie is Christina’s grandmother, lovingly known as "Mema" — the woman who taught her how to bake, how to love big, and how to find joy in the little things. With a tinkerer’s hands and a heart full of grace, Mema has been a loving presence in Christina’s life. Her creativity, wisdom, and kindness have helped shape the bride into who she is today.

Suzanne was Suttle’s beloved grandmother whose presence is deeply missed but lovingly remembered. She had a timeless sense of style, both in fashion and in the way she carried herself—with grace, confidence, and and someone who shaped Suttle’s life in countless meaningful ways. Her love and wisdom left a lasting legacy, and her memory will be cherished always.

Suzanne Anderson Estus

Richard Estus is Suttle's grandfather, but he’s also one of is greatest role models and best man. His generosity, creativity, and love for people have shaped so much of who Suttle is. A true entrepreneur and social spirit, he’s the reason Suttle moved to Savannah—welcoming Suttle with open arms and opening up his home without hesitation. His example of love, sacrifice and leadership continues to inspire him every day.


Richard (Dick) Estus

Courtney is Christina's older sister, and she definitely brings the fun wherever she goes. Her goofy sense of humor and high-energy personality make every gathering more memorable! Christina and her have many memories of them dressing up and performing impromptu shows together for the family. But underneath all the goofiness and big personality is someone who deeply loves her people and always shows up in her own unforgettable way.

Abbey has been Christina's partner in crime since they were five years old. From playground adventures and dress-up days to heart-to-hearts and real-life milestones, she’s been by her side through it all. They've shared more laughter, inside jokes, and childhood mischief than they can count—and somehow, Abbey still hasn’t gotten tired of her.

Mikenzi and Christina have been friends since they were 12—back when braces, bad hair days, and middle school drama were our biggest worries. From those early days to now, she’s been one of the most loyal and genuine people Christina's life. Whether it’s been laughing until we cry or showing up for each other through every milestone, Mikenzi has always been like a sister to Christina.

Adalyn and Christina first met when they were eight years old, but we didn’t become close until they were older—and Christina is so grateful they did. Adalyn is one of the sweetest people she knows: hardworking, thoughtful, and incredibly generous with her love and time. Whether it’s being a supportive friend or simply bringing a sense of calm to any situation, Adalyn shows up with her whole heart.

Stephanie isn’t just Christina's sister-in-law—she’s been a steady, comforting presence in her life and someone she knows she can always count on. No matter what Christina's been going through, she’s only ever been a phone call away, ready with encouragement, advice, or simply a listening ear. Her kindness, strength, and loyalty have meant the world to her, and I’m she thankful to have her in my life—not just as family, but as a true friend.

Paige is not only Christina's sister-in-law, but also one of the people who holds their family together. She has a gift for making everyone feel welcome, included, and loved—whether it’s during holidays, family get-togethers, or just everyday moments. Her warmth, patience, and genuine heart have made such a difference in all of their lives.

Frances is Christina's sister-in-law, and even though Christina  doesn't get to see her as often as she’d like, she’s such an important part of their family. She’s incredibly hardworking, thoughtful, and—most impressively—manages to keep Christina's brother in check! Her strength, sense of humor, and presence mean so much to all of them and make her such an important part of the family.

Though Christina's older sister Jenny Rose is not with us physically, she is deeply present in her heart today and always. Her bubbly personality, contagious laughter, and the love she gave so freely continue to echo through Christina's life in quiet, beautiful ways. JR had a spirit that lit up the lives of those around her, and not a day goes by that she doesn't feel her absence—and her presence all at once. As Christina walks into this new chapter, she carries Jenny Rose with her in every step. This day wouldn’t be complete without remembering her and honoring the love they shared as sisters.

Austin is Suttle's older sister and is a true gem — gracious, thoughtful, and full of joy. As a bridesmaid, she brings a calm and loving presence to this special day. Her bond with her brother runs deep, and the way she has welcomed Christina with open arms speaks volumes about her heart. Today, she stands as both a cherished sister and a dear friend, helping celebrate the love that brings two families together.

Fulton is Suttle's twin brother—someone he's shared every stage of life with growing up. Even though they've always strived to not be "those twins", their bond has always stayed strong. He’s a committed brother through and through, full of energy, and always up for the next adventure. Life’s never boring with Fulton around.

Fulton Payne

Wilder has been one of Suttle’s best friends since birth—more like a brother than anything else. Known early on as “The Mean Baby That Hits,” Wilder eventually traded punches for kindness and grew into one of the most compassionate people Suttle knows. They were just boys hanging out—spending hours on video games, cracking jokes, and growing up side by side. Loyal, thoughtful, and always up for a laugh, Wilder has been by Suttle’s side through it all.

Tucker has been Suttle’s best friend since birth—more like a brother than a friend. They’ve shared childhood adventures, late-night video game marathons, and countless meals. Through life’s highs and lows, Tucker has been a constant, standing by Suttle in the hardest times and celebrating with him in the best. Their bond is built on loyalty, laughter, and a whole lot of good food.

Christian has been a part of Suttle’s life since the very beginning- more like a brother. As back door neighbors growing up, their childhood was filled with spontaneous hangouts, shared snacks, and endless games of Pokémon. Christian is a true artist and a loyal friend, known for his creativity, kindness, and unique perspective on the world. His lifelong friendship means the world to Suttle.

Dylan and Suttle have known each other their entire lives—two “pool kids” who grew up side by side, cannonballing into summers and friendship alike. No matter how far apart life took them, their bond never faded. Like brothers in every way that counts, Dylan has always been a steady presence in Suttle’s life. From childhood memories to adult milestones, their friendship has stood strong through it all.

William has been one of Suttle's closest friends since freshman year of college and a great roommate along the way. He’s the definition of a family man and a true gentleman—honorable, trustworthy, and loyal to the core. His positive outlook and character make him someone everyone’s blessed to have in their corner.

Luke is one of the most intelligent and thoughtful people Suttle knows—always intentional with his words and actions. They've been friends since freshman year of college, and their bond really took shape through a shared love of the outdoors. Whether it was hiking trails or fly fishing on the Chattooga, Luke's company and support has always meant a lot to Suttle.

Stephen isn’t just a groomsman — he’s family. As Suttle’s cousin, he was one of the first to welcome him when he moved to Savannah, and their bond has only grown stronger since. From shared laughs to unwavering support, Stephen has been a constant source of encouragement in Suttle’s life. Quick-witted, warm-hearted, and always ready for some good-natured competition, he brings both joy and depth to this celebration.

Gregory—known by many names—has been one of Suttle’s closest friends since they met as freshman college roommates. They’ve been tight ever since, bonding over their shared love for the outdoors and backpacking adventures. Gregory is steady, grounded, and always shows up when it counts. From college days to mountain trails, he’s been a consistent and trusted friend.

Suttle met Martin in college, and their friendship quickly took off. They later spent two unforgettable years working together on a ranch in Colorado, where hard work was balanced by even harder laughs. Martin is known for his goofy attitude and fearless humor—he’d eat a bug just to get a good laugh out of the group. They also bonded over fly fishing in the mountains. Martin’s adventurous spirit and one-of-a-kind personality make him an unforgettable part of Suttle’s life.

Jason is Christina’s brother, and there’s never a dull moment when he’s around. Full of personality and always up to something mischievous, Jason knows how to keep everyone on their toes—and laughing while he’s at it. As kids, he once dressed up as a clown just to scare her… and she’s almost forgiven him. He’s also the family’s resident card shark, and if there’s a deck nearby, chances are he’s winning! Jason's love and laughter have shaped some of her sweetest memories.

Josh is Christina’s older brother, and he’s been by her side through life’s many ups and downs. Known for his loyalty, quick wit, and ability to make just about anyone laugh, Josh brings humor and light wherever he goes. He’s also known for casually slipping in movie references that only he and a select few will catch—but that somehow always fit the moment perfectly. Their sibling bond is built on years of inside jokes, shared memories, and a whole lot of love. 

Joshua Melton

Jack is Christina’s older brother and Jason's twin, and he’s the kind of guy who brings energy and excitement wherever he goes. Whether he’s throwing one of his legendary football watch parties, getting a little too competitive over a card game, or out fishing at his favorite spot, Jack makes the most of life. He’s loving, very protective, dependable, and someone Christina has always been able to count on.

We have put together some of our favorite spots to visit in Savannah including different itineraries for (Southside Savannah), (Tybee Island), and (Downtown Savannah/The Historic District) including touristy and local (off the beaten path) places.

Southside Savannah Itinerary

This is a local gem in Savannah. A beautiful piece of history (a massive oak tree surrounded by a little neighborhood.) Between 300-400 years old, it may be Savannah’s largest tree. Originally part of Wormsloe Plantation, but now the surrounding neighborhood maintains the tree and provides it with its own irrigation system! Park your car and pose for a photo in front of this beautiful oak. (About 3 mins from Wormsloe Historic Site)

The Majestic Oak

On Isle of Hope, the Wormsloe Plantation was established in 1736 by Noble Jones, one of 114 colonists who came to Georgia with Gen. James E. Oglethorpe. The vestiges of his fortified tabby house, constructed 1739-45, are all that remain architecturally in Savannah of Georgias first decade. A 1.5-mile oak-lined avenue leads to the plantation’s ruins. You can take the train or walk the grounds. It has walking paths for our more adventurous guests.

Wormsloe Historic Site

If you are already heading out to the Wormsloe Historic Site, it’s worth driving 5 mins down Bluff Drive to see the beautiful view of old Savannah houses, the water, docks, and IOH Marina. 

Isle of Hope & Bluff Drive

One of our favorite restaurants in Savannah. If you are visiting around the Isle of Hope/ Sandfly area and are looking for a good spot to eat some Mexican Comfort food.  Our favorites are the Gringa, Burrito Gordo, and Taco Salad.

Jalepeños Mexican Resturant

This is where Suttle and Christina had their first date. They serve authentic Korean food made by a very sweet grandma in the back. Our favorites are the Beef Bulgogi, Ddukbokki, and Beef Dumplings. Monday and SundayClosed

Tybee Itinerary

On your way to Tybee stop by Davis Produce for a bag of their boiled peanuts to snack on while at the beach! 

Davis Produce

Another hidden gem in Savannah.  This part of Tybee is off the beaten path from most tourist. It is a beautiful quieter spot, perfect for sunsets and dolphin sightings. Instead of paying at the meter we suggest downloading the Tybee Park App. 

Back River Beach (Tybee)

Looking for a nice place to eat lunch or dinner on the water. Look no farther than A-Js. They are famous for their seafood like shrimp, oysters, and flounder, and crab stew that is to die for! 

A-J's Dockside Restaurant

A great spot for some live music, and good pizza. Expect to hangout for a few hours here. It is slow paced here in the south and this is a local hangout spot/touristy place. It can be said that “fast” is not in their vocabulary. It is also first come first serve and you sit yourself, but if you are looking for a perfect spot for cheap drinks and delicious pizza or nachos this is the place!

Huc-A-Poos

On your way back from Tybee it’s worth stopping by the new Leopold’s location for a sweet treat. You won’t have to wait in line for hours like the downtown location. Our personal favorites are the “Savannah Social Lite”, Lemon Custard, and Coffee Chocolate Chip.

Downtown Savannah (Historic District) Itinerary

The Farmers Market opens at 9am Saturday. They sell anything from fresh fruits and vegetables, bread, honey, and crafts. You’ll get to check out the iconic fountain, playgrounds, and the shaded walking paths where Suttle asked Christina to marry him.

Forsyth Park Farmers Market

A beautiful spot located smack dab in the middle of Downtown Savannah, with stunning views of Savannah’s Historic Skyline. Perfect for those sunset views and delicious snacks like Hummus and Pita. 

Peregrin Rooftop Bar

Take a stroll along the cobblestone path of River Street for beautiful views of the Savannah River, local shops, and great food. Watch the cargo ships pass by, grab some free pralines from River Street Sweets, or enjoy live music by the water. (Wear comfortable shoes)

River Street – Savannah’s Waterfront Charm

Take a Trolley Tour to explore downtown Savannah to see and learn about different historic sites around Savannah. (Wear a warm jacket)

Savannah Trolley Tours

A upscale fine dinning restaurant perfect for sweet hearts looking to do date night in the Historic District in Savannah. They play live music on the piano and serve Southern Comfort Food like Crab Stew, Pecan Encrusted Flounder, Steak, Key Lime Pie and Pecan Pie. The attire is resort casualand dinner is served nightly from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pmReservations suggested.

17Hundred90 Inn and Restaurant

Broughton Street is Savannah’s go-to spot for shopping and people-watching. Lined with historic buildings, art galleries, and it blends big-name stores with charming local boutiques and cafés.
