Our Wedding

Their story starts in Succasunna, New Jersey...but more specifically at the Shoprite of Succasunna where Marc and Christina first met in 2018. Marc laid eyes on Christina and immediately knew he was going to marry her. “Do you work at shoprite by any chance?” was his first impression through a message sent to her on Instagram. Soon, Marc applied to Shoprite like a true mastermind would to get closer to Christina. What started off as close coworkers soon blossomed into a romantic relationship. Shoprite became the starting point for their relationship and their close-knit circle of friends (all of whom are in their bridal party) and for that they are grateful!

Love at first…shift?

Throughout their time together, they’ve made countless memories. From attending their first NFL and MLB games together (Go Pats and Red Sox!) to Broadway shows and concerts, they’ve experienced so much. They’ve travelled to places they fell in love with and explored them with some of their best friends. These locations include: Miami, Lake George, Ocean City, Italy, Canada and Boston (their happy place). One city that will forever hold a special place in their hearts is Nashville; the city where a weekend girls trip turned into a surprise proposal!

Can’t Help Falling In Love

A girls weekend trip to Nashville had been planned since November of 2022. Little did Christina know, Marc was also booking his flight and packing his bags. In fact, he had bought the engagement ring that August and her friends knew about his proposal plan for the entire 6 months leading up to the date (and they were able to keep that a secret for THAT long)! As she and her friends flew down that Thursday, Marc was finalizing plans for his flight on Saturday morning. A fancy restaurant reservation for the night is what Christina thought was planned. Marc was a nervous wreck on a deck overlooking the city at the W hotel setting up his proposal scenery: giant C and M marquee letters with a heart, and tea light candles up and down the stairs. As her friends led the way to the “restaurant”, they pulled out their phones to record an unsuspecting Christina become speechless. She said “Yes” and the two celebrated with their friends the rest of that weekend in Nashville!

Can I Ask You A Question?

Soon after arriving back from Nashville, the wedding planning began! Months were spent touring venues, contacting vendors and preparing for the upcoming nuptials. Marc and Christina fell in love with Casa Bianca and took their parents and maid of honor (much appreciation to our moms and Giovanna for spending time touring venues with us) to tour it for a second time before sealing the deal. Their excitement is contagious and they can’t wait to celebrate with you all!
