When should I book my hotel?

As soon as possible!! The wedding is during the Fort Worth Stockshow and Rodeo, so hotels will fill up quickly

Are there hotel blocks for us?

Yes! See the "Travel" section of the website for the links to the hotel blocks with discounts applied.

Is there a hotel you recommend?

I recommend the Worthington because it has a large downstairs bar where wedding-goers may meet and mingle!

What should I wear?

Attire on the formal end of cocktail! Long or short fancy dresses for women and dark dressy suits for men!

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Unless specifically included on the invitation, we are asking people to please refrain from bringing their kids! We love the kiddos but there is unfortunately simply not enough space for everyone to bring their children. Thank you for understanding!

Do I get a plus one?

Only if your invitation explicitly says your date's name or "and Guest"

Is there a wedding registry for gifts?

Yes! Please see the "Registry" section of the website for the P.S. The Letter and Williamsonoma registries. The gifts will be sent to my Fort Worth address.

Which airport should I fly into?

DFW is the closest airport.

I see that there are two St. Andrew's churches in Fort Worth. Which one is the location of Christina & Levi's wedding?

Our wedding is at St. Andrew's ANGLICAN church located at 917 Lamar Street Fort Worth, TX 76102

When do the church doors open?

The church doors open at 5pm. There will be live music for you to enjoy while you wait. The ceremony begins promptly at 5:30pm.

The link for The Worthington says the group rate is no longer available. What does that mean and what do I do?

Unfortunately, that means the wedding block is full, and you will have to book outside the block at the current nightly rate. I apologize for the inconvenience! Due to the rodeo being in town, hotel rooms are in high demand and prices will continue to increase. There are lots of hotels in Fort Worth you can consider though that may have a lower rate.

Is there a shuttle to and from the wedding?

There will be a shuttle that seats 36 people that will run from the Worthington to the church. It will make two trips. Plan to be ready at 4:45pm to be safe if you wish to take this shuttle. There will also be one shuttle that seats 36 people that will run from the ceremony at the church to the reception at River Crest. This shuttle will only run once and is first come first serve. The plus one's of the bridesmaids and groomsmen will be prioritized, but there will be extra seats available.

The website says the reception begins at 6:30pm but the ceremony ended early. Can I go straight to the reception at River Crest Country Club?

Yes! River Crest will be ready to welcome guests. Feel free to head straight to the reception from the ceremony even if it is earlier than 6:30pm.

Is the dinner at the reception seated?

No. The dinner will be buffet-style, and there are not assigned seats. Feel free to grab your dinner and sit anywhere. There are two tables labeled "Reserved" though for family of the bride and groom.

Is there parking at the ceremony and reception?

Yes, there is free parking in the lot next to St. Andrew's Anglican church. There is also a free lot and valet parking at the reception at River Crest Country Club. Feel free to drive or uber.

Is there anything going on Friday?

Yes! Join the bride, groom, and wedding party at Second Rodeo, a fun bar with live music in the stockyards, after the rehearsal dinner. We should be arriving around 8:45/9pm. Everyone is invited!
