Besides my passport, what else do I need to travel to Ireland?
Having another form of identification, like a drivers license, is always helpful and will be needed if you are renting a car.
You do not need a visa to enter Ireland.
What accommodation should I book?
All U.S guests will be receiving an email from us with additional information as you prepare.
If you are planning on staying one night (the wedding night) and/or you live closeby in Tipperary/neighboring counties, Ashley Park House is a great option for you. Please see the "Travel" section of this website for more information.
If you are traveling from abroad and would like to stay a few days in the same location (plus be where the U.S Guests Welcome Party & Day 2 are being held) then the Limerick Strand Hotel or The Savoy Hotel are the best options for you. These hotels are located near Shannon Airport, situated in the heart of Limerick City, and offer a variety of amenities. See the "Travel" section of this website to learn more.
Is your wedding kid friendly?
We love all the little ones in our lives! But for our wedding day we are keeping it adults only. If you would like referrals for childcare, please feel free to reach out to us!
Kids are more than welcome to attend the Welcome Party for US Guests and the "2nd Day" evening festivities.
I'm not sure if I can make it until the bar closes at 3am! Can I get back to my accomodation earlier?
Yes! Buses will be transporting U.S guests from Ashley Park House to the Limerick Strand Hotel and The Savoy Hotel a few times throughout the night.
If you are staying onsite, just head to your room when you please!
My guest or I have dietary restrictions. Does your venue accommodate for such needs?
Yes! Ashley Park house can cater to all needs - vegan, peanut free, gluten free, celiac, vegetarian etc. Please let us know if you or your guest have special dietary needs when you receive your the Google Form Link for your menu selection.
