Jeff and I were in high school together. I was a freshman cheerleader and he was a football player. I would decorate his locker during spirit week and put goodies in his locker and I would wear his jersey. He asked me to the prom his senior year. We had a nice time. Soon after graduation he went to the army and I continued with school at Mon valley Catholic. Time went on and we lost touch. In 2021 I was on Facebook and saw a profile for Jeff Scott. I texted him and the only thing I said was Do you remember taking me to the prom? The next day I told him who I was. Soon after that we were talking every day. We had our first date at Eat N Park for breakfast. Pretty soon we were spending weekends together and shortly in 2022 he moved in with me and met my family and became part of my family. The holidays were fun and I met his entire family the year before and we’ve all become close. I am marrying into a large family with brothers sister in laws and sons and daughters and even grandkids! I have the best in-laws and a great mom and dad in Jeff’s parents!
