We encourage guests to book early as possible since weekends can get very busy and we cannot guarantee we can add additional room as we get closer to the wedding date.
Credit card is required to guarantee reservation but it is not charged until check-in. Hotel check-in time is at 3pm; early check-in is not guaranteed. You can also contact the hotel directly at 484 974 2600, press 1 for reservations and ask for the Mars Sandora wedding.
Please note, no outside alcohol is permitted in our public areas or private event rooms.
Hotel Overflow Block
Residence Inn Philadelphia Valley Forge/Collegeville
The Courtyard Marriott block was filled and booked. We are using the Residence Inn as an overflow block.

Transportation
There will be a shuttle provided for guests at the hotel. To take them to the reception and back to the hotel again. This shuttle will leave the hotel 15m before the start of the reception to take them to RiverCrest. There will be two rounds of this shuttle. This shuttle will also go back to the hotel 15m after the end of the reception for guests of the hotel or anyone attending the after party.
