John and Christina met while playing on a soccer team in northern Virginia. After dating for a few months, both Christina and John realized they wanted a change of scenery from the east coast where they both had grown up. They packed up their lives, sold their cars, and backpacked around Europe for a few months. After returning to the states, they road tripped across the country and eventually set roots in Colorado.

Shortly after moving to Colorado, covid hit. Christina and John spent the bulk of the pandemic exploring their new home state through lots of hikes and car camping. After surviving covid, they realized that they could survive anything together and purchased a home in a quaint mountain town called Idaho Springs.

They continued to travel often, made friends in their new town, and they adopted two dogs (Argo and Meeko) whose sole purpose is to relentlessly annoy their cat (Ragnar). The rest is history. They are both very excited to celebrate with each one of you that have been so important in their journey.
