Michael took Christina to a Philadelphia Phillies game on their first date! Although it poured rain for most of the game, we still got to spend time and get to know each other. We shared a bucket of crab fries, but we were both too nervous to eat much. Now, we don't go to a Philly sporting event without sharing (and finishing) a bucket of crab fries.

First Date - 07/19/2021

Christina moved in with Michael into their beautiful house in Manayunk, Philadelphia. We love our city and look forward to starting the next chapter of our lives here.

Moved in Together - April 2023

After spending a week with Aunt Kara &amp; Uncle Jeff's cats (Paisley &amp; Shay) in Maine in the summer of 2023, Christina &amp; Michael knew they needed cats in their lives. We fell in love with Rory &amp; Winnie (formerly Blossom &amp; Buttercup) as soon as we met them. We can't imagine our lives without them.

Rory & Winnie Join the Family - 02/11/2024

Michael "tricked" Christina into making a stop in Cape May on the way to our annual McDonald Family Summer Vacation in Wildwood, NJ. Michael and Christina walked together on the Cape May boardwalk where Michael asked Christina to marry him! They met both of their families back at the house in Wildwood and enjoyed the best week surrounded by so much love from our families!

We're so excited to spend the weekend with you all! We've reserved two hotel blocks, both right next door to each other. Christina &amp; Michael are staying at the Courtyard Philadelphia Valley Forge / Collegeville - we hope to see you there! The earlier you reserve your room, the better! (no payment required to reserve the room) IMPORTANT NOTE - Hotel check-in starts at 3pm and the shuttle to the ceremony is anticipated to arrive at 2:45. If you plan to arrive on Saturday, please contact the hotel to schedule an early check-in (fees may apply). If you arrive at the hotel 11/15 at 3pm, feel free to uber/lyft to the venue (4pm ceremony start time) and you can return to the hotel on the provided transportation. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about this.

This hotel is right next door to the above hotel. We've booked this as a back-up hotel to ensure all of our guests have a place to stay.

We have shuttles to take our guests safely from the hotel to the venue and back. PLEASE NOTE! Shuttles will leave from the Courtyard Marriott Hotel! To Venue: 1st Shuttle: Stage - 2:45pm, Depart - 3pm, Arrive - 3:25pm 2nd Shuttle: Stage - 3pm, Depart - 3:15pm, Arrive - 3:40pm To Hotel: Stage - 9:15pm, Depart - once all guests are boarded & venue is clear If you miss the shuttle to the venue you can always grab an uber/lyft.
