What is the dress code?
We'd love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! The dress code for the wedding is black tie optional. For men, please wear a suit or tuxedo. For women, please wear a floor-length dress, cocktail dress, or similar. Ethnic attire is welcomed as well.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Guests may arrive 30 minutes early at the venue. We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the ceremony.
Can I bring a plus-one or guest?
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Your formal invitation will indicate the names of guests included in your invite. When you RSVP, you'll be asked to confirm which of your guests are attending. To ensure we provide accurate counts, meals, and other details to our venue, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests or change the number of attendees after submitting your RSVP. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Will food be served?
We will have a cocktail hour with passed hors d'oeuvres and food stations. At the reception, we will have a seated dinner service. When submitting your RSVPs, you will select your preferred food choices. For children, in the RSVPs there are "Kids Meal" or "No Meal" options to select.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, there will be an open bar. Please bring cash to tip the hard-working bartenders!
Are children allowed?
Please refer to your invitations which will designate the names of guests from your party.
How do I RSVP?
RSVPs will be done on our website. Simply select the "RSVP" section and follow the instructions provided. Please contact Shane or Christina if there are any complications.
Do you have a registry?
We are asking guests not to bring boxed gifts and therefore we do not have a registry. Please head over to the "Registry Details" section for additional information. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Is there parking available?
Yes, the venue will have plenty of parking for guests who prefer to drive.
Will you provide transportation?
Yes, we will have shuttle service to and from the venue. The pickup location will be the Westin hotel. Please head over to the "Accommodations" section for additional details and addresses.
Do you have a hotel block?
Yes, we have 2 wedding blocks at both the Westin and Aloft. The wedding blocks are not guaranteed and provide negotiated rates on a first come, first serve basis. Please head over to the "Accommodations" section for further details and links to book.
Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?
The wedding ceremony will be outdoors (pending weather). In the event of inclement weather, the wedding ceremony will be moved indoors.
The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.
Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Absolutely! Please take as many pictures as you'd like but please respect our photographers and videographers and allow them the time and space needed to do their jobs.
For the ceremony, please silence all devices. Please avoid standing in the aisle to allow our team to capture the best pictures.
Where do I park?
Both hotels have plenty of parking. In addition, our venue has free on-site parking.
