As I take a look back at the day I proposed to Christina it still makes me smile.


I had been planning this moment for months, trying to find the perfect way to ask the love of my life to spend forever with me.


I knew that Christina loved the beach, so I could not think of a better place to pop the question than San Juan, The Island of Enchantment. I planned a private picnic with flowers, champagne, cake, charcuterie, and a card game called Our Moments. The view of the ocean was beautiful with an even more beautiful woman by my side.

As we enjoyed our picnic we were suddenly encountered by a photographer for an impromptu photo shoot. How convenient for capturing the moment. We walked the beach and when the time was right, I took her hands in mine, looked her in her beautiful eyes, and asked her how does forever sound?

As we hugged, kissed, and celebrated I knew that this was just the beginning of a great chapter in our lives together, and what better way to signify this than a rainbow in the sky.
