The ceremony will take place at St. Cyprian's Episcopal Church. The reception will take place at Casa Monica in the heart of St. Augustine. They are about 15 minutes apart by walking, or a 5 minute drive.

The Jacksonville Airport and the Orlando Airport are the closest major airports to St. Augustine. The Jacksonville Airport is a 45 minute drive from St. Augustine, while the Orlando airport is approximately 2 hours. However, if you are willing to fly into Atlanta, there are some direct flights into St. Augustine.

A hotel block has been booked at the Hampton Inn Downtown. You must mention that you are part of the Schlapak O'Hara Bridal Party. The rooms have 2 queens or 1 king, as of 08/08/2025. If you're looking for a historic experience, I'd recommend staying in one of the many local bed and breakfasts. Any of the bed and breakfasts located in the downtown area will be with 5-10 minutes of the Casa Monica. Westcott and Casa de Solana are two great places to stay, but I recommend booking six months in advance! Their prices increase quickly. There's also an exceptional beach hotel, Embassy Suites, about twenty minutes outside of the historic town, if you're looking for a more beach-centered experience. There's also plenty of budget-friendly options in the area.
