On a chilly, rainy night in October 2016, Christian and Christina's love story kicked off at The Burren in Davis Square, thanks to some mutual friends. Christian, a supposed shark feeder at the New England Aquarium, had Christina intrigued with tales of his work. Little did she know, Christian's real job was about as thrilling as watching paint dry. After a few drinks and a confession that shattered her shark-feeding dreams, Christina jokingly gave him her number anyway. But let's be real—she was secretly smitten.Fast forward to May of 2017 and they finally made it official in the Lendy's parking lot (RIP). They've since conquered vacations, holidays, and the ultimate relationship milestone: moving in together in May 2023.Now, after what felt like a millennium of dropping hints (okay, more like nagging), Christian finally started ring shopping in fall 2023. His grand plan? Propose in October, their special month. Cue tears, laughter, hugs, and Christina repeatedly asking, "You really want to marry me????" To which Christian would respond with a heartfelt "Yes, but only to be officially related to Martha May."Despite Christian's hopes for a few days of engaged bliss, Christina dove headfirst into wedding planning practically the moment he popped the question. And now, with October 2024 on the horizon, Christina and Christian can't wait to gather their loved ones for a wedding celebration that promises to be as unforgettable as their journey together.Cheers to October, and especially October 2024!
